Morningstar Appoints Carne as ACD in the UK
London, Thursday, 3rd December 2020 – Carne Group, the leading digitally driven industry platform to the Global Asset Management Industry, today announced that Morningstar has appointed Carne Global Fund Managers (UK) Ltd as the ACD for its new range of multi-asset funds.
The strategies will target UK investors seeking capital growth over the medium to long term within a risk-managed framework and will be “biased” towards passive funds whilst also being able to invest in high-conviction active funds. The new CG Morningstar Multi Asset 40 invests between 30 per cent and 50 per cent in equities, while the CG Morningstar Multi Asset 60 and CG Morningstar Multi Asset 80 have an equity exposure of between 50 per cent and 70 per cent, and 70 per cent and 90 per cent respectively.
