On Wednesday, 25th of August, we hosted a webinar with a panel of industry experts discussing the key considerations for Mangers when looking to launch and operate funds in Europe, the UK and Switzerland.
During the webinar, expert panellists discussed a wide range of related topics guiding attendees on how to navigate fundraising in Europe, the UK and Switzerland. They also highlighted the recent changes in the pre-marketing rules as well as the requirements and process for setting up funds in the UK and Switzerland.
Nicola Cowman, Director, Carne USA, hosted the panel discussion with Aymeric Lechartier, Managing Director, Carne Group, and guest speakers Colin Vidal, Executive Director – Head of Business Development Asset Services at REYL Group, and James Hays, Partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
There was huge interest in the topic, with over 350 registering to attend.
